Geraldine Lee Waxman, Esq, is a Primary Trainer. She is an Advanced Practitioner of the Association of Conflict Resolution an International Association of Mediators. Geraldine received her mediation training at Harvard University and advanced training with the John Haynes Institute in the early 1980's. She is the past President of the Broward County Women Lawyers' Association, a founding member and past President of the Association of South Florida Mediators and Arbitrators, and a founding member of the Matrimonial Association of Broward County. Geraldine was instrumental in creating a program for the American Arbitration Association for mediators in Florida in the early 1980's. She has lectured on mediation for numerous state and local agencies as well as private groups. She has authored many articles on mediation as well as law review articles and co-authored a book on stepfamilies "Whose Kid is it Anyway." Her private practice deals with all family situations.

Linda Levrey has been a Family and Juvenile Dependency Mediator with the 17th Judicial Circuit in Broward County, Florida for over thrity years. She is a Past-President of the Association of South Florida Mediators and Arbitrators and for eight years served as a member of the Florida Supreme Court Mediator Qualifications Board. Linda is a licensed mental health professional and has lectured extensiely on the emotional consequences of divorce on children She has served as an expert speaker and coach in numerous Family Mediation Trainng Programs since 1991, and as an instructor in the mandatory classes which parents are required to attend dealing with children in divorce at Miami-Dade Community College and Broward Community College. Linda has trained family court judges on issues related to divorce and she is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family and Dependency Mediator.

Meah Tell is currently the Past Chair of the ADR Section of the Florida Bar. Meah previously served on the Florida Supreme Court ADR Rules and Policy Committee, the Florida Supreme Court Mediator Ethics Advisory Committee and the the Florida Supreme Court Mediator Training Review Board. She was Past-President of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators and Past-President of the Association of South Florida Mediators and Arbitrators. Meah is a Florida Supreme Court approved Arbitration and Civil Circuit Primary Trainer. Meah has also been mediating since 1990. She provides Florida Supreme Court approved Court-Connected Arbitration Trainings and Civil Mediation Trainings. She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family, Circuit, Appellate and County Mediator and is a Certified Mediator with the Southern District of Florida.

Allan J. Weltman has served as a County and Family Mediator in both the 15th and 17th Judical Circuits for over 20 years. He is a member of the Florida Acadamy of Professional Mediators and served as Treasure of the Association of South Florida Mediators and Arbitrators for over 8 years. Allan is a computer programmer and has developed marketing programs using internet technology for the past 15 yeas.
